Our Policies for Shipping, Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

 

Shipping

All orders will be subject to 24-48 hrs of processing time before shipment (after receiving cleared payment). Please be advised there may be delays during public holidays.

Our shipping service is Canada Post which ships throughout Canada, the United States and Internationally. We provide free Regular parcel shipping in Canada on orders that are $90 CAD or more (before taxes and shipping). For United States and International customers, the shipping options to select are shown in the checkout with the updated shipping costs for each (after entering shipping address and Zip code/Postal code in the billing details).

For Canadian orders: customers should expect to receive items within 3-7 business days (depending on location).

For American orders: the shipping options available are: Small Packet USA Air (5-10 business days), Tracked Packet USA (4-7 business days), Expedited Parcel USA (5 business days) , Xpresspost USA (3 business days).

For International orders: the shipping options available are: Small Packet International Air (7-14 business days), Tracked Packet International (6-10 business days), Xpresspost International (7 business days).

For Tracked Packet USA and Tracked Packet International shipments, after the order has been shipped, customers are automatically sent an email with the Canada Post shipping tracking number that can be clicked on for details of the delivery and for status updates.
*Please note that any International Import duties or Customs Charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing items.

If for any reason you need to change any details after you have submitted an order please contact us at: [email protected] – where we will make every effort to amend your order before items are shipped out. Please be advised, customers who do not receive a confirmed change of details email will unfortunately receive their original order.

Cancellations

Should the need arise to cancel an order after you’ve placed it, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Order cancellation is a time-sensitive action, so please do get in touch with us as soon as possible (no later than 24 hours after placing your order).

* Ensure that you include your order number and the item(s) purchased.

*Please note, once your order moves into the processing stage (after 24 hours), we may no longer be able to cancel it.

Returns & Refunds

We only accept returns of unopened purchased items. If you need to return a purchased item, you must inform us in writing at [email protected] quoting your order number, the item(s) that you would like to return, and the reason for the return no later than 14 days of having received your item(s). We will then advise you where and how to return your item(s). After written approval, customers have 14 days to return their item(s) back to us. Returns received after this period unfortunately cannot be processed.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us and we will only offer a refund as long as the item is sent back unopened. We suggest you use a tracked method of delivery and package your item well, as you will be responsible for your item until it is delivered to us.
