Recommended Usage:
Chewing the Resin Pearls: Frankincense resin pearls can be chewed as a gum or sucked on daily for safe and effective relief of nausea, stomach ailments and a variety of oral issues. Only a small amount is needed (1-2 resin pearls) once or twice a day.
Frankincense Resin Water: The resin can be taken daily by making Frankincense water from it. Place 4 or 5 pearls of resin in the bottom of a glass jar. Boil clean purified water, pour 250ml (8.45oz or 1 cup) of the purified water over the resin. Cover with a glass plate or towel and let the water cure overnight. Begin with taking 30ml (1oz) daily for 3 to 4 days then gradually increase to introduce this drink to your body slowly to 60ml (2oz) throughout the day.
